    • Availability: November to February
    • Characteristics: Bright red, conical shape, excellent flavor balance
    • Sizes:

      Large 11-15 30-35 mm
      Medium 16-20 25-30 mm
      Small 21-25 20-25 mm
  2. Fortuna
    • Availability: December to March
    • Characteristics: Deep red color, firm texture, long shelf life
    • Sizes: Same grading as Festival variety
  3. Sensation
    • Availability: January to April
    • Characteristics: Intense sweetness, large size, glossy appearance
    • Sizes: Same grading as Festival variety
  4. Florida Fortuna
    • Availability: November to January
    • Characteristics: Early season variety, high yield, excellent transport resilience
    • Sizes: Same grading as Festival variety

Quality Standards

  • Color: Minimum 80% surface red coloration
  • Brix Level: 8°-12° (depending on variety)
  • Defects: Less than 5% with minor defects, 0% with major defects
  • Caliber Uniformity: 90% within specified size range
  • Certifications: GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, ISO 22000
